Benlan offers a wide range of services, from the supply of parts to bulk non-sterile or finished, sterile, packaged and labelled products. We will work closely with you to develop a package of services tailored to your unique requirements, including manufacturing, assembly, packaging and sterilization.

Tubing Extrusion

Benlan started in the extrusion business and today this remains one of the core competencies of the organization. We are experienced with several materials including PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, T.P.E., EVA and L.D.P.E. encompassing a wide range of sizes, wall thicknesses, tolerances and durometers that can be coiled or cut to suit your requirements. These products are now being used in a wide variety of applications including healthcare, automotive, food service and industrial.

Benlan now molds a number of components including filters, connectors and caps for the OEM market. Our molding group offers component design, mold manufacturing, and component production to meet your specific requirements.

With the addition of several new form/fill/seal and bagging machines Benlan is positioned to answer your packaging needs including customer specific labelled product.
